1867 Enfield Musket, .577 cal,  in good condition for a musket of this vintage. The second most widely used weapon of the Civil War. This particular musket is smooth bore, which is unusual as the majority of Enfields are rifled (3 Lands). I was told by a Civil War enthusiast, the British sold smooth bore versions to customers who could potentially be enemies in the future. The British didn't want their troops outgunned, in any future battles.
